After selectig the Amarone grapes - for which each year the protection bodies establish the quantity that can undergo the drying process - the rest of te grapes are harvested. From the vinification of these fresh grapes, we obtain our Valpolicella.
A fresh, fruity wine with hints of spice, good acidity and modest tannins. A very drinkable wine that can be consumed everyday.
After about a year of aging in 25hL slavonian oak barrels, the Valpolicella wine from the Case Vecie vineyard acquire the denomination Superiore, for its slightly higher alcoholic content, a lower acidity and a more velvety and harmonious flavor.
