But if you want to discover more, the anthological Wine Tours are designed to describe the richness of Valpolicella: from the high hill-Amarone in Case Vecie to the classic touch of the wines obtained in Brigaldara; from the aromas of Valpolicella Superiore, where grapes ripen slowly, to Valpolicella Ripasso, which comes from the refermentation of Valpolicella on the skins of Amarone; from the drinkability and freshness of our Valpolicella to the surprise of Recioto, produced only in the best vintages from Pergola-trained vines.
