Case Vecie Valpolicella Superiore Doc - Brigaldara

Valpolicella Superiore Case Vecie derives from the vinification of fresh grapes, mainly Corvina and Corvinone. It borrows its name from the homonymous high-altitude vineyard, where ripening is subject to significant temperature variations between day and night: a climatic feature that gives the wine its distinctive spicy notes on the nose and a particularly unique polyphenolic profile. On the palate, the vibrant acidity reveals a notable structure, the result of careful grape selection and winemaking techniques aimed at extracting only the noblest components from the skins. The result is a Valpolicella that combines body, structure and remarkable drinkability, revealing a sensory complexity shaped by the slow ripening of the grapes.
